Chardham Helicopter Tour Program 1 Night 2 Days@ INR250000

Day 1: Early morning at 0630 am leave Dehradun for Kharsali. Time taken 30 min. Arrive Kharsali and leave for Yamunotri situated at a distance of 6 km by pony/ dandi. Time taken is 5 to 6 hrs. We leave Kharsali for Harsil around 1 pm and arrive at Harsil in about 30 min.Upon arrival at Harsil you are transferred to Gangotri by car/jeep. Gangotri is situated at a distance of 25 km fro Harsil and the time taken is roughly 1 hr. After Darshan you are transferred back to Harsil for Overnight stay. Overnight at Harsil retreat

Day 2: After early breakfast leave Harsil for Kedarnath at 0700am. Arrive Kedarnath by 0800aam.Here the temple is at a walking distance and you will be provided special darshan slips. At 10am we leave for Badrinath.The flying time is 30 min approx.Arrive Badrinath and proceed to the temple for darshan . Lunch at Sarovar portico.After lunch transfer to helipad to board flight for Dehradun.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(a) The costs include Aircraft Rental Crew Salaries, Maintenance, and Insurance, Fuel costs, In-flight catering, Route Navigation Charges, Landing and parking Charges.

(b) FORCE MATURE : Operator does not hold itself responsible for non-operation of charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as 1, Bad Weather 2, Poor Visibility 3, Non-Availability of clearances from ATC / Defense Authorities / Civil Administration.
4. Due to any reasons if the flight cannot take off from the Originating station full amount will be refunded.
5. We obtain the destination weather before departure, However, if due to sudden detention of weather en-route / destination, the aircraft can not land at the destination and has to return to Originating point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time should be chargeable and balance if any payable / refundable.

6. Operator not responsible if any technical snag developed in the aircraft which can not be rectified within the time limit and effect the operation of flight.

(e) In the event of cancellation of the flight the following amount is payable as cancellation charges

·        After confirmation 10% of total amount
·        24 hrs before schedule ETD 25% of total amount
·        6 hrs. before schedule ETD 50% of total amount
