Tailor Made Yatra Programs for Chardham Do Dham Yatra

Other than the standard  CharDham Yatra trip one can opt for tailor made programs, which can be made as per your plans & requirements.  

There are many options  such as

1.     Yatra trips with trekking to Source of the Ganga – Gomukh. 

2.     Gangotri & Trek to Source of the Ganga. 

3.     Longer yatra trips with shorter drives. 

4.     Option of Ekdham or choosing any of Do/ Teen Dham Yatra.

5.     Chardham/ Do Dham  Yatra trips with travel to Kumaon Himalayas (RaniKhet, kausani, Nanital etc.).

^ Ponies / Dollies during trekking.
^ Entrance fees during sightseeing.
^ Destination Guide.
^ Any item of personal nature like Telephone, Tips, Donations at Temples, Extended Stay or Travelling due to any reason.

Important Notes: -
^ All extras (F & B and any other services) availed by the customer will be on direct payment basis.
^ In case of odd number groups, the extra person shall be accommodated in the same room with an extra bed / mattress.
^ The above rates are applicable to the Indian Nationals only.
^ Any Meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non refundable.
^ Kedarnathdarshan as per Government declaration.

The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost in case of extended stay or travelling due to any reason. We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight Cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.

The  above cost is
1. Nett price
2. Valid for 2022 Pilgrimage Season from End April to November. 
3. Subject to Govt. Services tax which is 5% at present.

Confirmation & Payments:
Ist Step - Booking Advance: 40 % of the total amount has to be paid at the time of booking your yatra, so that we can book the hotels & other arrangements of the yatra.

2nd Step  – Booking confirmation advance – 40% of the total amount – Once we book the hotels and other arrangements.
In order to make the deposits and hold the arrangements on definite basis you will have to pay the 2nd part of the payments, which is 50% of the total. 

3rd Step: Balance 20% payments of the total yatra cost has to be paid upon arrival at Rishikesh to start the Journey.

*Due to following reasons it is strongly recommended to take escort/ Guide on the trip.

1. The mountains in the area are prone to landslides and road blocks, which is a common feature on hill roads.  Landslides not only disturb the day schedule but also change the entire trip resulting cancelation/ rebooking  of hotels which is not possible most of the time as well Escorts presence is great help in this type of situations to arrange the transhipments  and coordination with the hotels, the transport & staff left behind and.
2. There are limited good hotels in each town in the hill area & due to busy pilgrimage season most of the time most of the hotels do not provide what is committed/ paid for.

Our ESG/E helps to take the best out of these hotels and increase the value of money.

1. Meals: As our ESG/E travel work only in this part of the country they know the best stoppages to make and eating places enroute increasing the quality of your trip.
2. Almost everywhere in the pilgrimage/Mountain  area the hotels are  away from the parking area, the  drivers have to quickly drop the clients and  take the vehicle to the parking area which is some time quite far. And as the driver cannot leave the vehicle, and the guests have to find their own way to the hotel with baggage in the absence of the escort.
3. Being the pilgrimage area with thousands of arrivals every day the rates of porters, riding ponies, dandi fluctuate very much.
